Backwell

Backwell, North Somerset, England

11.87 KM

This is a shortened version of one of the Beyond Bristol walks. Starting in the Somerset Village of Backwell, it also includes Barrow Court - a 16th century manor house that stands on the site of a 13th century Benedictine nunnery. Barrow Court itself is a private residence, but there is public access to the beautiful Church of St Mary and St Edward in the grounds.
